  1. 01

    Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, company, and any message you share through our contact forms, calls, or during onboarding.

We also automatically collect technical information when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referral source, and timestamps. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

  2. 02

    How we use information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve our website, to respond to inquiries, to deliver contracted services, to send relevant communications about engagements, and to comply with legal obligations.

Aggregated and anonymized data may be used for analytics, case studies, and internal research. This data never identifies an individual or a specific client account.

  3. 03

    Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies to remember preferences, measure traffic, and — where permitted — support marketing attribution. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may limit certain features of the site.

  4. 04

    Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with trusted vendors who process it on our behalf (for example, analytics providers, CRM tools, and email infrastructure) under written agreements that require confidentiality and appropriate security.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

  5. 05

    Client data

In the course of engagements, we may handle data owned by our clients. Such data is processed strictly according to the terms of our Master Services Agreement and applicable Data Processing Addendums. Clientele does not use client data for any purpose outside delivering the contracted services.

  6. 06

    Data security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  7. 07

    Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to deliver the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it.

  8. 08

    Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent previously given. You can exercise these rights by contacting privacy@clientele.agency.

We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

  9. 09

    International transfers

Clientele is based in the United States. If you access our website from outside the U.S., please be aware that information we collect may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the U.S. We take steps to ensure transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

  10. 10

    Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact privacy@clientele.agency and we will take appropriate action.

  11. 11

    Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Significant changes will be communicated through the website or by direct notice.
